Executive Function, Improvement, and Employability

Using our EF measurement software app, a group of recruited individuals were assessed before and after completing a 6 week training program designed to enable employability and placement in job positions.

Results of this pre and post assessment demonstrated that those individuals having higher Executive Function skills had an increased likelihood of success in being placed.
In addition, the workforce development organization’s training program demonstrated that a learning environment created the basis for verifiable improvement in Executive Function skills in a short period of 6 weeks.
