Reflective Performance believes the future of organizational performance management lies in managing people, employees, and customers — all as core assets of the business. Current employment and customer management practices are rife with waste, and an executive-function led system change can be easily funded and a tremendous competitive advantage.
Despite all the technologies developed and implemented from the Industrial Age to the Information Age, and during today’s so-called Experience Age, nothing transformative has been done to unleash the full potential of human contributions in both mind and body working in unison with others. There’s now a risk of artificial intelligence (AI) optimizing an inherently-flawed, financially-driven business model and management system without full consideration of the human dimensions. Instead, augmented intelligence should be in the lead through innovative assessments and improvement solutions.
Change Management
Change starts with people and is only effective when addressing the self-interest of those involved, whether for personal or business reasons. The most common failures of many change management initiatives lie in this fundamental blind spot. It’s not that change can’t produce near-term results, but rather because it mostly fails to produce sustainable results.
Reflective Performance has combined the system change business experience of our CEO and Co-Founder with the personal change research of our two university-based Co-Founders to develop a highly effective approach for lasting personal and organizational improvement. A “whole person” mindset is connected with a “whole organization” model.
Integrated Training & Supports
Our approach to change management is data-driven. We start with analyzing human performance based on normative data to determine performance patterns. Then, we move to analytical data based on correlations with fit markers and business KPIs. Lastly, once these significant data points are established, they become the basis for predictive data.
As we work with clients and partners, we’re developing datasets for industries, regions, positions, functions, teams, and all kinds of other applications for performance-based data. From these, we’re able to help organizations derive the right improvements through our change management-driven training modules.
Executive Dashboard
Reflective Performance complements traditional financial reporting and analysis. Rather than being seen as a replacement, we augment and humanize them. What’s different is our correlation of our human measurements with business KPIs to enable new insights and ways to identify actionable improvements.
Critically, granular cost management through budgetary totals and line items often get in the way of understanding how to eliminate waste and to invest in the right areas. Instead, productivity losses can be analyzed — and then thoughtfully addressed — at different stages of the employment lifecycle in broader categories and across operations.
